Revenue Sharing Structure:

Our platform operates on a transparent and competitive revenue-sharing model designed to fairly compensate instructors while supporting platform operations:

Standard Revenue Distribution:

  • Instructor Earnings: Instructors receive 70% of the net revenue generated from their published courses
  • Platform Share: Growth Catalyst Academy by Digital Mind Collective retains 30% of net revenue to cover platform maintenance, marketing support, customer service, payment processing, and technical infrastructure

Payment Processing: Instructor earnings are calculated monthly and processed according to our payment schedule as outlined in individual instructor agreements. Detailed earnings reports are available through the instructor dashboard.

Instructor Responsibilities and Content Standards:

All instructors publishing courses on our platform must adhere to the following requirements:

Content Quality Standards: Course content must be original, professionally produced, educationally sound, and aligned with stated learning objectives. Instructors are responsible for maintaining current and accurate course information throughout the publication period.

Policy Compliance: Instructors must agree to and remain in compliance with all platform policies, guidelines, and quality standards. This includes adherence to our community guidelines, content standards, and professional conduct requirements.

Student Support: Instructors are expected to provide reasonable student support, respond to inquiries in a timely manner, and maintain engagement within course discussion areas.

Content Publishing Agreement:

By publishing courses on our platform, instructors agree to:

Upon publication of any content on our platform, instructors transfer full copyright ownership to Growth Catalyst Academy by Digital Mind Collective, while retaining attribution rights as the original creator.

Strict Prohibition on Unauthorized Use:

Any reproduction, republishing, distribution, modification, display, performance, transmission, or sharing of our copyrighted content, in whole or in part, in any form or by any means, without our express prior written permission, is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Downloading and sharing course videos or materials on social media platforms
  • Republishing content on other websites, blogs, or educational platforms
  • Creating derivative works based on our copyrighted materials
