  • North Star metric + activation/retention loops — the one metric growth marketers organize around
  • Objective → KPI mapping — optimizing for outcomes, not activity

DAY 02

Acquisition: Media Planning & Channel Strategy

Acquisition is where performance skill becomes growth strategy.

  • Channel and budget architecture — allocating across funnel stages, prospecting vs. retargeting, when to scale vs. hold
  • Forecasting with real math — CPM → CTR → CVR → CAC/ROAS projections that survive a client's questions
  • Audience strategy beyond demographics — segmentation built on intent and behaviour
  • Creative strategy — Hook–Story–Offer as a repeatable system
  • Channel diversification — moving beyond paid: organic and owned channels and why over-reliance on paid caps growth
