Refund and Returns Policy

At Growth Catalyst Academy, we are committed to delivering high-quality, mentor-led learning experiences. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. Digital Product Nature

All our programs are digital products. We do not sell physical goods. Refunds are governed by the timeline and conditions set out below.

2. Refund Eligibility

3. How to Request a Refund

• Email us at contact@growthcatalyst.academy with the subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Name] – [Program Name]"
• Include your registered email address and payment reference/order ID.
• We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

• Requests made after the program has commenced.
• Failure to attend scheduled live sessions.
• Technical issues on the participant's end (device, internet connectivity).
• Change of mind after the refund window has closed.
• Violation of our Terms and Conditions resulting in removal from the program.

5. Program Cancellation by Us

In the unlikely event that Growth Catalyst Academy cancels or significantly postpones a program, all enrolled participants will receive a full refund within 7 business days, or the option to transfer their enrollment to a future cohort.

6. Returns

As all products are delivered digitally, there are no physical returns. Once access to course materials or recordings has been granted, the purchase is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for return.

7. Disputes
