Growth Catalyst Academy is a mentor-led online learning platform based in India. We offer live workshops, recorded sessions, and learning resources for professionals seeking personal and career development in digital marketing and related fields.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in our programs and make payments on this platform. By enrolling, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Programs and Enrollment

• All programs are subject to availability. Enrollment is confirmed only upon successful payment.
• Program schedules, content, and mentors may be updated at our discretion. We will notify enrolled participants of any significant changes.
• Seats are limited. We reserve the right to close enrollment at any time.
• Program access (live sessions, recordings, materials) is granted to the individual who enrolled and is non-transferable.

4. Payments

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Early bird pricing is valid only for the period specified and may end without notice.
• Payment must be completed in full to secure your enrollment.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our programs — including slides, recordings, worksheets, frameworks, and written materials — is the intellectual property of Growth Catalyst Academy and the respective mentor. You may not reproduce, share, sell, or distribute any program content without our prior written consent.

6. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully with mentors and fellow participants. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a program without refund if they engage in disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour.

7. Limitation of Liability

Growth Catalyst Academy provides educational content for informational purposes. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, revenue results, or business success. Our liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant program.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
